• 摩擦試驗機

  將剪切成一定尺寸的試樣（長230mm×寬50mm）固定在摩擦臺上，其待測量面面積大于摩擦體所摩擦的面積（長155mm×寬50mm），用彩色密度計測定試樣上待磨墨層的彩色密度，測三點取平均值。 取下摩擦頭，將準備好的摩擦紙（定量為80g/m2，寬度為50mm的清潔膠版紙）固定在摩擦體上，再將摩擦頭正確地安裝回儀器上。設定摩擦次數，（如用戶無特殊要求，摩擦次數一般設定為來回40回）。開啟儀器，儀器開始往返摩擦測試，至達到設定的摩擦次數時自動停止，當次試驗結束。如果在測試過程中需要終止試驗，可按“停”按鈕，摩擦試驗機儀器立即停止工作，取下試樣，在被摩擦Z嚴重的墨層上用彩色密度計測定彩色密度，亦測三點取平均值。[詳細]

  XK3190-A12E儀表校正操作方法如下：1、在校正電子地磅時應清空秤體臺面2、要檢查電子地磅的四角角差是否在允許范圍內。3、打開XK3190-A12E稱重顯示儀表，開機過程中按住井號鍵不放，顯示一串9后放手4、按一次功能鍵，進入零位校正，如秤臺上無物品，四角差在范圍內則按一次井號鍵進入砝碼校正。5、放上砝碼（大于1/3滿量程），通過去皮鍵（用于移動位置）與置零鍵（0－9數字鍵）輸入砝碼值后稍等10幾秒后按井號鍵顯示END再按一次儀表后面的標定開關一次，校正完畢，再重新放一個砝碼測試一下，如有數據有差別，那就要重新要檢查一下電子地磅是否還存角差問題。再另重新標定校正一次。如稱重數據等同砝碼重量，則客戶即可使用。具體操作方法示意圖：[詳細]
