1. 查看控制機房的欠水超溫保護器,是否設定在150℃的位置。

2. 查看機房內,管路是否過臟,造成水流不順。

3. 查看上水箱是否有水,如果沒有水,再查看下水箱是否有水。

4. 查看是否濕度部份的固態繼電器燒毀短路: 如果加熱器未燒毀,使用三用電表交流電壓檔,電壓檔位開到600伏特的位置,將紅黑棒分別放在線號標注為H的那一顆固態繼電器交流兩側,將濕度部份的濕度設定值設置0%,此時濕度部份的固態繼電器的指示燈不會亮起,如果量測的電壓值沒有變化,維持在10V以下代表固態繼電器燒毀呈現短路狀態。或者首先將濕度部份設定值設為0%,再看機房內加濕桶是否水在煮沸狀態。

【解決辦法 Solutions】

1. 1、將欠水超溫保護器轉至150℃的位置。

2. 2、首先將機臺后方總電源關上,然后將加濕桶下方的排水閥,打開到與管路平行的位置,帶上水箱的水都排光的時候,利用板手將加濕桶打開,將內部因長期做濕度的水垢清除,然后將硅膠管路拔除,在水中搓洗。保養完畢后按照拆除的方式,反方向裝回去。裝置完畢后,需將加濕桶下方的排水閥,關閉到與管路垂直的位置,然后再將機臺后方總電源打開。

3. 3、下水箱都無水,將下水箱加水,即可解決。上水箱如果沒有水,下水箱有水,則為下水箱打水馬達壞掉,通知皓天黃工維修客服部門上門進行維修;
